Can you create a custom chart?
No, but here is why that is a good thing! The making of our charts is very time intensive, sometimes with 20+ revisions. This creates not only a piece of art, but also a highly accurate representation. Some of our charts take $2,000+ to make the laser files, and this is why our charts are by far the most detailed in the market! Because of this, it is not cost effective to make one piece.

How fast do orders ship?
Our charts are sent out within one business day. Standard shipping rates should get your order delivered within 3-5 business days! If you need it sooner, we’ve got several shipping options to chose from.

My first piece arrived with a big dent/hole in the outer box that went through to the inner box and busted the paper on the back of the piece. I initiated contact with the seller who offered to replace the item. The seller was a slow to respond and did not provide the tracking number when the replacement was sent. The replacement did arrive in good shape relatively quickly and included a prepaid return slip for the damaged item. The piece is as expected with some very minor printing defects, but tough to see if you're not up close and really examining. The piece definitely says made in China, so not a US product. I got the piece on a black Friday deal and likely otherwise would not have paid full price. Overall, I'm happy with the end result, but some things to keep in mind as a buyer.

Terrible customer service but awesome product. I ordered the item which said it was in stock only to have to reach out a week later after I haven’t heard anything to find the item wasn’t in stock. I was given the option to get the item in a different color and for it to go out the next week. Two weeks later it finally went out after I had to follow up several times to finally get a response and confirmation. When the product finally came it was boxed perfectly and the product is beautiful. Worth the hassle? Sure I guess. But I’ll never be purchasing from this seller again.
