Can you create a custom chart?
No, but here is why that is a good thing! The making of our charts is very time intensive, sometimes with 20+ revisions. This creates not only a piece of art, but also a highly accurate representation. Some of our charts take $2,000+ to make the laser files, and this is why our charts are by far the most detailed in the market! Because of this, it is not cost effective to make one piece.
What if my chart has an issue?

How fast do orders ship?
Our charts are sent out within one business day. Standard shipping rates should get your order delivered within 3-5 business days! If you need it sooner, we’ve got several shipping options to chose from.

I do not recommend this shop. I can’t speak to the quality of the product because I never received it. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had from a shop on Etsy. After purchasing the Salish Sea cribbage board, I never received shipping information. When I contacted the seller he told me the item was on backorder (even though it still appeared in stock) and mine would ship in the next two weeks. That didn’t happen. Over the next month, I repeatedly followed up on my order and was either rebuffed or ignored. A few days ago, the seller just canceled my order with no other explanation and I had to contact Etsy customer service to ensure that I’d get a refund. It’s a shame, because I was looking forward to it!
