Can you create a custom chart?
No, but here is why that is a good thing! The making of our charts is very time intensive, sometimes with 20+ revisions. This creates not only a piece of art, but also a highly accurate representation. Some of our charts take $2,000+ to make the laser files, and this is why our charts are by far the most detailed in the market! Because of this, it is not cost effective to make one piece.

How fast do orders ship?
Our charts are sent out within one business day. Standard shipping rates should get your order delivered within 3-5 business days! If you need it sooner, we’ve got several shipping options to chose from.

I haven't seen the item as it was a gift sent directly to the recipient but she said it is beautiful and is very happy with it. My only critique is that I filled in the form to include a note with the gift but the note did not get included so my friend remained in the dark as to who the giver was until I asked if she had received a package.

The clock hands are flimsy and don't hold their position, despite suggested attempts for repairs. The glued on battery box is not centered and makes the clock look off balance. Plus, this item was not "made" in Michigan, but was "designed" there and produced in China. (Actual reply: "Also our shop is also located in northern Michigan, where we design, research depths & create the files for our products. Our maps are then handmade in an family owned overseas shop.") Which is very misleading and leaves a huge carbon footprint. The retailer denied my request for a refund.
