Can you create a custom chart?
No, but here is why that is a good thing! The making of our charts is very time intensive, sometimes with 20+ revisions. This creates not only a piece of art, but also a highly accurate representation. Some of our charts take $2,000+ to make the laser files, and this is why our charts are by far the most detailed in the market! Because of this, it is not cost effective to make one piece.

How fast do orders ship?
Our charts are sent out within one business day. Standard shipping rates should get your order delivered within 3-5 business days! If you need it sooner, we’ve got several shipping options to chose from.

Item arrived quickly, only issue is that the carving came away from the frame itself on the inside. It will need to be reattached so the backing will need to come off but otherwise looks good.

While the item itself is beautiful, and my husband was thrilled to receive it, I deducted stars due to this seller's incredibly poor customer service and what I feel is misrepresentation of a US made item. The item was listed as "handmade" and ready to ship. It should have arrived 5-7 days after ordering, but it took TWO MONTHS to receive my purchase. When I reached out, the seller informed me the item was "out of stock". So I wasn't entirely surprised to find a "Made in China" sticker on the back when the item finally arrived. I deducted one star for each time I needed to reach out asking why my item hadn't shipped/when I could expect it to ship, and one for each month my delivery was delayed. While the seller did issue me a 10% refund after waiting a month and a half, it was too late to make up for missing multiple deadlines.

Wow. This item is a showstopper. It’s stunning! Arrived quickly. The backing was a little torn, but that’s a thick paper and will be up against a wall anyhow so it’s not a big deal. The front is just gorgeous!
