Can you create a custom chart?
No, but here is why that is a good thing! The making of our charts is very time intensive, sometimes with 20+ revisions. This creates not only a piece of art, but also a highly accurate representation. Some of our charts take $2,000+ to make the laser files, and this is why our charts are by far the most detailed in the market! Because of this, it is not cost effective to make one piece.

How fast do orders ship?
Our charts are sent out within one business day. Standard shipping rates should get your order delivered within 3-5 business days! If you need it sooner, we’ve got several shipping options to chose from.

I ordered this item and noticed the same exact item for $99 (from a different Etsy seller)instead of $219 which made me question where this item came from and the quality. I canceled my order right away, within minutes. I asked for my order to be canceled and heard nothing in return. 4 days later I receive notice the item was shipped. I contacted seller again and he finally got back to me. Said item was shipped earlier. I asked to return item and asked if item was handmade. No answer to the origin of the product. After messaging many times he finally responded. Said I can ship item minus cost of shipping. I asked him why would I have to pay for shipping since I canceled right away. The item should not have been shipped at all. SO, somehow now I have to go through the trouble of shipping and pay for shipment twice.

My wife saw one of these in the condo we stayed at in Isle of Palms. She collects maps and doesn’t have anything like this. She loved it. That Isle of Palms one was of Charleston South Carolina. I decided to get one of Malibu for her for Christmas, since she went to college at Pepperdine. I plan on buying two more (Boston and New Orleans) representing cities that have meaning to us. I would love one of Memphis with the Mississippi River. I know it would be a big seller if it was available.
