Can you create a custom chart?
No, but here is why that is a good thing! The making of our charts is very time intensive, sometimes with 20+ revisions. This creates not only a piece of art, but also a highly accurate representation. Some of our charts take $2,000+ to make the laser files, and this is why our charts are by far the most detailed in the market! Because of this, it is not cost effective to make one piece.

How fast do orders ship?
Our charts are sent out within one business day. Standard shipping rates should get your order delivered within 3-5 business days! If you need it sooner, we’ve got several shipping options to chose from.

The item was poorly, packaged, and received broken. Furthermore, the item in the photo I was hoping for was not the item that was sent to me. Upon inspection of the box, there is a big sticker stating “made in China” so very misleading from description. Made the seller aware of the issue 12 days ago and still have yet to get a resolution. Had to open a case with Etsy unfortunately.

Small issue with the initial order (it was damaged during shipping and the clock didn’t work) but the shop responded quickly and sent me a replacement in two days. Great service! I bought this as a wedding present for my sister & she and her husband love it. Beautiful & high quality!

Tide clock came with very little protection in the box. When we hung the clock on the wall, the "hour" hand just hangs straight down at 6 and won't keep time. We've tried adjusting but gears/middle part is just too loose. Very disappointed, this was a bday/Father's day gift to my husband and it won't even keep time.

Received a product that was broken, as the hour hand was inoperable (just spun). I was kind of able to fix it. Does not keep time well and I don’t think the tide clock aspect is accurate at all.
